Trish helped me replace my chain for my necklace and even upgraded from what i currently had. I was so upset when my necklace broke and having someone care enough to help make a bad situtation better meant the world to me!

On 7/12/25 I went to Zales Destiny to return item #20562800 because the diamonds on both bands popped out. Even though I had them less than a year and they were inspected less than 6 months ago. I didn't expect to be treated well, because I had a complaint. Despite that, I was met with professionalism and courtesy by Trish, who promptly gave me a refund. Fortunately, there was a similar 1 carat diamond band, which I bought to replace those I was returning. Item #20562538, which I'm happy with so far. Trish was very helpful with the exchange. Also, James, the assistant manager, was super friendly and helpful when I purchased an additional ring on that date. I thank both of you for your kind treatment and wish you the best! See you again soon.

I had an amazing experience at the Zales store in Syracuse. India and James were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and kind. They went above and beyond to assist me with my wedding ring upgrade. I am so grateful for the sensational team at Zales Syracuse that takes care of their customers. I would happily drive to Syracuse anytime, knowing that India and James will be there. I am truly thankful for all their help.

Had the most lovely experience with Lisa. Apparently she was visiting the Destiny mall store from the Buffalo area where she is the district manager. Great customer service and very friendly; loved chatting with her about jewelry! And she made my ring look absolutely amazing! Thanks Lisa!!

Trish was very nice and helpful with finding a wedding ring for our wedding. She showed us several options and knew a lot of information about all the rings we looked at. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all and left with the perfect ring for us!

I had such a great experience at Zales! The associates, Trisha and India, were both extremely efficient and took the time to explain the different jewelry options to me in detail. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. They even cleaned my ring and it looks brand new again! I really appreciated their professionalism and excellent customer service. Highly recommend visiting this location if you’re looking for helpful associates who go above and beyond!
